An experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing, agro-industrial, construction and real estate industries and possesses extensive expertise in Financial Management, M&A.

A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, he currently serves as the Managing Director of Radar Properties, a leading company in property development, and also holds the position of Group Finance Director at Radar Holdings Limited. He joined the Radar Group in 2011. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) and holds an MBA.

Engineer Maidza holds a B. Eng (Honours Degree in Civil and Water Engineering) from NUST and is a corporate member of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers and the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe. He has vast experience in project managements from various high-value, large-scale projects.

A Quantity Surveyor with over 9 years of experience in construction cost management, project planning, and contract administration. He is a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Quantity Surveyors (ZIQS). He joined Radar Properties in 2024 and currently holds the position of Quantity Surveyor.

A qualified Real Estate Practitioner. She is a Graduate Member of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe (REIZ). She brings over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, joined Radar Properties in 2021 and currently serves as the Head of the Sales and Marketing Department.
